As you arrive you walk through to one of the great sights where a fabulous swimming pool meets a perfect white sandy beach right down to the turquoise blue waters of the Indian Ocean.

Read more about the course

Unforgettable is the only word to describe a round of golf on the course at Paradis. Set against the backdrop of majestic mountains, the fairways and greens curl along the shoreline of a spectacular bay. The claim that this is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Mauritius is a valid one. Built within the resort's grounds, the 18-hole Par 72 golf course stretches along 5,924 metres between the iconic Morne mountain and the crystal-clear lagoon of the Morne peninsula. Much of the creative design of the bunkers and fairways is attributable to international golf legend Tony Johnstone who has spent several years playing the course through its many evolutionary stages.

Day 7 – Mauritius to Johannesburg, South Africa

This afternoon you will be driven to the airport for your 4-hour flight to Johannesburg, South Africa. Here you will stay over one night at the airport hotel for an early flight the next day.

Fancourt is located across 613 hectares of this natural paradise, near the Outeniqua mountain range and the warm Indian Ocean. As Africa's leading golf resort, the property boasts three Gary Player-designed championship courses, including the world renowned ‘Links at Fancourt’ course. The estate recently converted its national monument, the Manor House, into a luxurious boutique hotel. Fancourt has a holistic spa, four restaurants and many indoor and outdoor leisure facilities on-site. Retail options include an exclusive women’s boutique, jewellery store, real estate office and two pro shops.
